On November 14, 1921, the Cleveland Press ran the above article stating that the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen had completed construction of their new headquarters building on the corner of West Superior Avenue and West 9th Street, and that the Trainmen were expected to soon move their offices into the new building. However, notably absent from this announcement was any statement whether and when the building was to be officially dedicated by union officials, and state and local political leaders as the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers Building in Cleveland was in 1903.
