Meat Cooler, 1953 ID: 9157 | This file appears in: Heinen's Fine Foods Upon opening in 1953, the Heinen's at 17021 Kinsman Road boasted "the newest and most scientifically designed coolers and refrigerating units." The 13- by 70-foot metal-lined room was equipped with bacteria-killing violet ray sterilization lamps.
