Western Reserve II ID: 12278 | This file appears in: Western Reserve Building In 1990, Cleveland architect Kleeva Kekst designed a northern addition to the Western Reserve Building. Known as Western Reserve II, it utilized microcotta, a synthetic alternative to terracotta tile, on its facade along West 9th Street.
