This photograph of the Spitzer-Dempsey taken one year before the murder of Tammy Seals in October 1980. Prior to that year, the house had been owned by controversial Cleveland councilman William Sullivan, who owned a number of properties in Ohio City and who sold them after he was accused of having used his public office to profit in the purchase and sales of the properties.
